Just want you blogger friends to know that I am still around, just have a hectic schedule to ec drop lately... I hope you understand. Summer is fast approaching which means lots of work for me and make things happen.

just my day!

Today is the second day in a row that I am late for work! It bothers me to insanity! I am not sure why I cannot be where I want to be when I want to be!!! ugh! I promise tomorrow will be better! Tomorrow is another day.

Disclaimer: Late to work means later than I normally expected.

Behind the dark cloud is Mr. Sun! I need to see the mr sun - I need to see the goodness out of the bad, and "the beauty in the tragedy" as what my df puts it nicely.

Statistics say that Monday is the most stressful day of the week. It's the day of the week when most people admit themselves, or go to the doctor/hospital for heart ailments. It's triple stressful when a Monday falls close to a weekend.

I am feeling this stress really badly. From people at work.... to dear mil at the pcu... to the .... I know I will go on and on at this... I am going to stop now.

The new mantra for me is: "I can't control anyone but MY actions."

Another snow day... in paradise~

This winter weather is not getting to be any funnier than this. We have a good 10 inches outside and the radio is talking about us getting 4 inches (yet again!!) this afternoon. I guess, I'll just enjoy this little time off from work.

My lucky day

It's not that I don't feel lucky everyday but today is just a little special. My df gave me a little something for my digi - scrapping today and a classic album! Yoohoo! I am just so happy about that.... Now I can start my venture on the digital scrapbooking. You can check my other blog to later when I'm not so hesitant to show you - ;-)

My other good news is that my other df, stopped by my room today to drop off some leap frog goodies for my ds. What a nice surprise! It's just awesome to count our little blessings sometimes. I really appreciate their gestures.

MLK weekend

well, my three-day weekend was well-spent... we are now done with my little corner except for just a few little hooks to put on here and there; and then I will be up and running with my projects! I am so happy that my dh is sooo supportive of me. I figured you should know that ... *wink!

An afternoon with Freddy

Carolyn and I had a blast today. We went to Tiverton to check out a new beadstore that she found online. It was a ride but I wasn't driving so i don't have any complaints. (hahaha) We proceeded to "visit" another "mom-n-pop" bead shop on the way back to her house. It's nice to sometimes go out with somebody you like to hang out with and one with the same inclination as yourself.I am thankful that I am blest with a new friend.

This is a picture I took of Carolyn...She is showing off the beads she just bought from Tiverton. It's so gorgeous! My little camera could not justify how pretty it is! Especially if you know that she got these freshwater pearls for almost a steal! Unlucky me, that was the only pack that's on sale. Anyway, I am happy for her.

Best buds, Freddy and Lucy... They both adorable. Freddy like to climp on me when I'm visiting. He likes to "help" me with my beading... He acts like a little kid, trust me, he does!

Monday... again?!

Study shows that Monday is the most stressful day of the week. They said there are more people going to the emergency rooms for heart conditions than any other day of the week.

I am just hoping that my Monday would be not so stressful one! Everyone deserves to have a great and "not-so-stressful" day.
